Jake and his team worked to install a water softener, water hammer arrestors, and returned to fix a leak we were not aware of. They were all incredibly professional, friendly, and did such a thorough job! During the process, our hot water heater stopped working (it was not the pilot light). The team sent someone out on a Saturday morning to assess the situation, and after searching multiple places were able to find the needed part and fix it. The person working on this, Eric, had told my husband he would not leave until we had hot water. They are an efficient and thoughtful group of people, including Rose, who often answers the calls and organizes appointments. Thank you so much Jake, Eric, Freddy, and Rose! Jake and his team did an excellent job fixing our main water pipe that broke due to high water pressure from the water main line. He found a solid/creative solution to fix the problem while making sure we had water coming through our pipes as he was doing the repairs. I had an outside line break late on a Friday night last month, and Jake's Plumbing was the first call I made in the morning to get it fixed. The whole experience of working with them was great! They returned my call very quickly, worked me in same day, and went above and beyond in the repair. Jake handled my job. He was prompt, friendly, communicative, and very easy to work with. Before I knew it, my line was fully operational again. He did a great job rebuilding the joint that had broken, and even took extra steps to spray the exterior length of pvc to give it more protection from sun damage over time.
